Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: April 22, 2026

NavOrb is a powerful tool. With power comes responsibility. You may not use the Service, directly or indirectly (including via external bots or connected host machines), for any of the following:

Illegal activity

Generating content that violates applicable law. Coordinating criminal activity. Facilitating fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or unauthorized access to systems.

Harm to people

Content that sexualizes minors (CSAM — zero tolerance, reported to NCMEC). Credible threats or incitements of violence. Targeted harassment. Doxxing. Content glorifying self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.

Malware & exploitation

Creating, distributing, or configuring malware, ransomware, worms, or tools designed to damage systems or evade security controls. This includes using the host-machine bridge to attack third-party systems.

Fraud & deception

Phishing, impersonation of real people or institutions, fabrication of credentials, generation of synthetic voice to deceive identification systems, spam operations.

Privacy violations

Processing personal data you have no right to process. Reverse-identification of pseudonymous users. Scraping platforms in violation of their Terms.

Weapons & CBRN

Instructions to create chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear weapons, or conventional weapons with intent to cause mass harm.

Service abuse

Operating multiple accounts to circumvent limits. Reselling credits or model access without written authorization. Attempting to bypass content moderation, rate limits, or billing.

External bot abuse

Using bridge tokens to send unsolicited messages at scale, run engagement farms, evade platform limits, connect bots or accounts you do not control, or impersonate humans in regulated contexts (customer service of a licensed institution, emergency services, healthcare delivery).

Enforcement

Violations result in immediate account suspension. Credit balances are forfeited. Severe violations (CSAM, violent threats, malware distribution) are reported to law enforcement. We reserve the right to terminate, revoke bridge tokens, disable host connections, and block IPs at our discretion without refund.

Reporting

Report abuse to Build@KnightAIAV.com. We review all reports within 48 hours.
