By creating an account or using NavOrb ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
NavOrb is an AI agent platform providing chat, voice, model-switching, external bot integration, and agent automation. We route requests to third-party AI providers (including but not limited to OpenRouter, Moonshot, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI). Output quality, availability, and behavior of these models is not guaranteed. Everything your orb says is generated by artificial intelligence, not a human. NavOrb is not a therapist, medical provider, or licensed professional of any kind, and the Service must not be used as a substitute for professional care. Our safety practices, including how we respond to crisis situations, are published on our Safety page.
You must be at least 18 years old to use NavOrb. By creating an account you represent that you are 18 or older; accounts found to belong to minors will be closed. You are responsible for your account credentials. One account per person. Sharing credentials may result in termination.
Credits are non-refundable except as required by law. Web subscription plans auto-renew monthly until canceled. Canceling stops future billing; existing credits remain usable until consumed. Promotional credits (trial, bonuses) expire after 90 days and do not convert into a paid subscription unless you explicitly purchase a paid plan. If a future paid free trial collects billing information, NavOrb will send a reminder before the first charge where required. If you subscribe through Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, cancellation, refunds, and restore-purchase behavior are handled under the applicable store terms.
NavOrb agents are AI systems. We display reminders that you are interacting with AI, including periodic re-disclosure during long sessions. If a conversation indicates risk of self-harm, NavOrb will interrupt the conversation and surface crisis resources such as the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline; we log that a referral was shown (not your message content beyond what operation requires) to meet safety-reporting obligations. Bridge tokens extend your NavOrb brain to external bots you control. You are solely responsible for the content generated, stored, or transmitted through these bots, and for complying with Telegram, Discord, Slack, Apple, Google, and any other platform rules that apply to your bot. Abuse of the bridge (spam, harassment, illegal activity, evading rate limits, or connecting bots without authorization) will result in token revocation and account termination.
When you connect a local host, NavOrb can invoke code and tools on your machine. You are responsible for the security of your host environment. We are not liable for damage caused by agent actions you authorize. Skills created by you or by the agent on your behalf execute under your authority and within the limits of the connected host.
You retain ownership of content you input. You grant us a license to process it for the purpose of operating the Service. We may analyze aggregate, anonymized usage data to improve the Service.

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive. Do not rely on NavOrb for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. We are not liable for consequential damages.
Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may cancel anytime in Settings.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
