NavOrb: an AI agent with its own voice, face and memory

NavOrb is an AI agent creator from Knight AI+AV. Here is the plan: you describe the character you want, review the identity NavOrb drafts for it, and it becomes an animated 3D orb you can talk to out loud or type with. It remembers what matters across conversations, runs tasks on a schedule, and can use real tools instead of only answering questions.

What the demo is

The demo lets you name an agent and open its dashboard in your browser, with no account and nothing to install. The agent's replies are prepared examples, not answers from an AI model, and nothing you type or record in it is sent to us or to any AI or voice provider.

What NavOrb is being built to do

• Speak and listen. Give your agent a voice from a large catalog of real voices, then hold a spoken conversation instead of reading replies.
• Change its mind. Switch the AI model behind your agent whenever you like.
• Look like something. Pick an archetype and customise the orb's colour, physics and motion. Its resting state comes from the personality you wrote.
• Make images. Create pictures in the conversation instead of switching to another tool.
• Work while you are away. Schedule recurring tasks and let the agent run them on its own.
• Reach your machine and your bots. Skills on your own computer and a bridge for external bots let the agent act beyond the browser tab.

Common questions

Can I sign up or buy a plan?

Not yet. There are no accounts and nothing is for sale while NavOrb is closed.

Is this a chatbot?

It talks, but that is the smallest part. A NavOrb agent is meant to have an identity you write and review, a voice you choose, memory that lasts beyond one conversation, scheduled work, and tools it can use.

Will it connect to things I already use?

That is the plan, through connectors and a bridge for external bots.

How will I know when it opens?

Leave your email in the form at the top of this page. You get one message when NavOrb opens, and nothing else.
